Appointments & Reminders
Appointments can be made for in-person or telehealth (phone or video) consultations with our GPs. If you feel that the GP will need to examine you (e.g. look at your throat or ears, check a sprain or strain) then please book an in-person appointment in the first instance to avoid the unnecessary inconvenience of speaking to the GP and then needing to come to the medical centre. Our fees are the same for in-person or telehealth consultations.
Bookings are required for all appointments on weekdays and are best made online using the link below.
We hold some Saturday appointments for "walk-in" patients, however an appointment is not guaranteed. Please note that bulk billing is not available on Saturdays. Full fees will apply to all patients, irrespective of age or concession cards.
We prefer that Saturday appointments are booked for conditions that develop overnight, or are of a more urgent nature. Routine appointments for non-urgent matters such as cervical screening, immunisations or medical checkups etc should be made on weekdays
Standard appointment times are 15 minutes. If you have multiple health issues to discuss, please book a longer 30 minute appointment online, or advise reception staff when phoning for an appointment.
SMS or Email reminders will be sent for all appointments, unless you opt out of this service.
